Rhaenyra Comes Back Feral

Notes:

Just because one person asked for it I have decided to post the list of Rhaenyra and Daemon's children that I had along with their dragons. This is really just an excuse to use as many Targaryen names as possible haha. I have always found Targaryen names just so beautiful!

I really wanted to have a lot of sibling marriages within Rhaenyra and Daemon’s children. I felt like that was another tradition their family would bring back with a fury. I mostly paired close siblings together since they would grow up side by side. I knew I wanted some of their children to marry Laena’s. I decided Laena would marry Harwin Strong and so Laena’s children will inherit both Harrenhal and Driftmark since Laenor isn’t likely to have children. So Alyssa and Aethan inherit Driftmark and Vaella and Lucamore inherit Harrenhal.

 

I decided not to find matches for the youngest Targaryen children as I’m imagining them pretty young still.

I quickly ran out of Valyrian Gods and Goddesses to name the dragons after. I imagined Aenar and Shaera to be very interested in Valyrian history and language and so they rarely spoke common. I thought it would be pretty easy to believe they would name their dragons in Valyrian. I reused some of Daenerys Stormborn Targaryen’s dragon names and paired them with the children whose names most closely resembled the dragon names. Rhaella - Rhaegal. Viserys - Viserion.

This little one shot came to me late at night, which is obviously when I have my darker thoughts haha. Would anyone else have just murdered Alicent and Otto if you were Rhaenyra and came back in time?
