Years 1-3
Azra Lestrange, daughter of Bellatrix and Rodolphus, was a hotly debated court case back when Voldemort fell from power. After the torture of Frank and Alice Longbottom, Bellatrix was sentenced to life imprisonment at Azkaban. However, Rodolphus claimed to be acting under the imperious curse, backed up by the fact that he had only married Bellatrix after she was pregnant with his child and before his name carried any charges. The whole case took months, evidence of his innocence was cropped up but many debated it was forged. However, he was not sent to Azkaban and returned to his home with Azra in arms.
Though wether or not he had been a conscious death eater was left unknown.Azra grew up surrounded by pure bloods and riches and knowing her name was not welcomed anywhere outside her small bubble. She was restricted from exploring the world in case, 'she got ideas' about blood status not being important. However her father could not shape her how he wanted. Azra possessed a strange power that seemed to give her a unique insight on life, a sort of perspective beyond nurture or nature that set her apart from her family.
But now Azra is preparing for Hogwarts.
