Summary
To many, artificial life is immortal in a way that is incomprehensible to humans. It's a belief that cannot be proven or disproven, unless you happen to come into contact with the world's only sentient robot, K1-B0.
During Korekiyo's execution, his pocket watch flies off of its place on his person and magnetizes itself onto Keebo's armour. The watch and Keebo's internal clock mess with each other, destroying the robot's sense of time.
