Summary
The 2025 Game Awards were going just as planned until Lou Natas, CEO of GameFuna, was invited to the stage. He was only supposed to announce GameFuna's next big project, but instead he went off on a long winded rant about the end of humanity before pulling a red button out of his suit pocket and dramatically pressing it, causing the entire theater -- no, the entire planet -- to explode.
Geoff Keighley is still on the stage at what seems to be the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, but there are now billions of angry and confused souls in the audience.
The show must go on, but Geoff himself is still confused after the explosion. Thankfully, Lou Natas is still here to remind him of his purpose, and their supposed agreement.
