What do you do with a mystery?
Seasoned dreamer Eames has seen everything, including Dom and Mal Cobb. But until now, he’s never seen them with anyone else. When they turn up to a job with a new companion, Eames is equal parts antagonized and intrigued: who is this unreadable prettyboy killjoy who will not answer his questions?
Except of course Arthur isn’t the impenetrable menace he seems to be, and Eames isn’t half the sleazy dilettante he pretends he is, and the Cobbs are something far worse than he’s imagined. It doesn’t take that long for Arthur and Eames to understand one another, piece by piece. But as long as Arthur doesn’t break free of Dom and Mal, it’s impossible to imagine a future. It’s impossible to know what to do. And, even so, it’s impossible to walk away.
