Summary
600 years was a long time for any human, the problem was that Abolish wasn't a human and 600 years felt like forever, especially since he never had to be apart from Sir like this before.
It was Abolish's annual visit to Oakhurst, everything was always the same (the vampire being a man of order) yet everything felt different... stranger. The main reason Abolish could pin to that was the humans, but there were always humans. Then Abolish saw HIM, Scott Goldsmith, his Sire, his SIR.

Summary
The ritual does not pierce the air so much as it worms a crack in it.
Scott is, admittedly, not in a safe spot when it happens—just outside the ritual circle, still desperately shouting to the students inside that they shouldn't be doing this, when someone grabs Pyro by the arm and seems to drag him in, accidentally or not, so Scott, stupidly, panics and follows.
And then he can't see the ritual, because he can't see anything.
Anything, that is, except for Pyro.

Five years have passed since the Goldsmith Wedding, and things are going alright for Scott. He has his husbands, he has his coven, and he's finally getting a hang of this whole "having emotions" thing. So of course, it's the perfect time for something to go very wrong.
When Scott, Avid and Abolish are separated by a distance not even their Bonds can cross, the three of them have to learn just how much they're willing to risk for each other, and themselves.

Scott has been alone in Oakhurst for 200 years, he's been waiting, hoping that Avid might come back one day. With the anniversary of the last time he was stuck here coming up, the beacons will pull people towards Oakhurst once again and he'll have to try to drive them away before they reactivate the beacons and trap everyone inside a border like last time.
Avid wakes up in a forest covered in dirt, and sweat, and dust. He's just killed his childhood best friend. He needs revenge and a cure. Why do some of the people in this town look so familiar? And why does the hot blue haired guy keep looking at him as if he's seen a ghost?

200 years after the last massacre a new batch of travellers arrive in Oakhurst. Among them is Avid, who believes that he just murdered his partner and has no memory of ever coming to Oakhurst before.-
