Bakugo didn't want to run an inspection of the facility. It always made his skin crawl, the way people talked about others like property. It pissed him off more that the omegas there just accepted it.
It was supposed to be an easy in/out inspection. That was, until the wall exploded. What was assumed to be a kidnapping, was quickly revealed to be an escape. Along with which an entire underground plot would be uncovered.
Now, Bakugo has to deal with helping an omega find himself in a system that just wants to overrun him while also trying to uncover the ring that had put him there in the first place.

Time-Turners are heavily monitored, their use incredibly restricted. However, no matter how impressive they are, there were still unknowns. Something greatly important that should've been recorded, was that each time someone used a Time-Turner and changed something, a Seer's made.
A Seer's prophecies will revolve around that change as Fate works to recover from the diversion, the wound, the Time-Traveler created. A Seer's job is not necessarily to stop a catastrophe, but to stabilize the Timeline and, therefore, Fate.It's unfortunate that Seers tend to go mad quite early. If not that, they're killed.
