Graves is roaring something – because of course it’s Graves, T.F. would know that angry voice anywhere – somewhere near, but T.F. is too dumbfounded by the blackish purple paws that should be his hands. Moving them also has the effect of reveling the knuckles of whoever is holding him.
T.F. has the sudden urge to bite the dumb idiot he calls his partner, who’s currently holding him with one hand, the other angrily gesticulating to the Yordles.
Or, what if T.F was the one polymorphed, instead of Graves?

Graves didn’t think it was possible for a job to go as badly as this one was going, to the point where it was almost funny — well, he could tell it would be funny later, at least. But first, he and T.F. would have to actually survive to get to the point where they could laugh about it.
They’d been hired by an elderly nobleman to rescue his daughter, who had been taken hostage. The reward was good, and the job itself didn’t seem too dangerous. Go in, bash in the skulls of a few thugs, find the young lady, and get out. Easy, right?
Except, from the very start, things had gone terribly.

Summary
Recently thawed from six months in cryo and reunited with Vergil, Dante's more than ready to get out of DARKCOM's basement and start living his life again! First though, he has an obligation to fulfil.
Luring Vergil to Capulet City with the promise of pizza (and its proximity to Red Grave and Vergil's mysterious human associate), Dante finds that returning to his old stomping grounds brings with it a host of issues. Old scars, fresh traumas, strange new powers, and potential allies are just the start. And to put the icing on the stress-cake, Vergil has his own scars and agendas, ones that Dante knows he's only starting to learn about.
Oh, and the Emperor of Hell is aware that Sparda's sons have reunited and are running around on Earth. But no biggie, right?
The pressures are piling up and Dante is floundering, despite his world-class deflection ability, and Vergil isn't doing much better. How much can a half-devil bend before he breaks?
