“T-There’s something wrong. Your soul, it…” Nico stammered, still clearly in panic and now running his palm down to Jason’s chest to feel his heartbeat. As Jason followed the sight down, he had found himself wearing a comfortable shirt and pajamas, yet he was certain he had never seen nor owned those clothes. Instead of calloused palms from wielding weapons and battle scarred arms with his legionnaire markings, he found unscathed, tanned and freckled hands that felt like they could hold a steady form while suturing a wound.
“Will?” Nico said, and then it clicked.
Jason– his soul, his mind– was in Will’s body.

The thing about pretty much living in a summer camp full of teens and pre-teens is that... nothing ever stays private.
Sure everybody's got a secret here and there, but having a bunch of young demigods with nothing much to do after 2 wars... well, it was no wonder everyone was always into everyone's business.
So really, Will was self-aware enough to know he could be a little delulu when he wanted, but honestly... he should have seen it coming.(A.K.A. that time Will tried to ignore some stuff but no one at camp let him)
