Summary
After the events of Too Much Green and a Demon Child, Jason and Damian move to Newark, New Jersey. Afterall, leaving Gotham and Batman would solve all their problems... Right? Past foes, friends, and... a familiar raccoon, seem to prove them wrong in all the wrong ways. Damian struggles to accept the fact that things are changing against his will and Jason has to chose between physical health or mental/psychological stability.
Or
Jason needs to make too many damn choices.

“Robin,” John clarified, “I can feel his eyes digging into the back of my skull.”
“Robin is out of town,” Batman explained, “He won’t return for another few weeks.
John raised an eyebrow. “Then who the fuck is that?”

Honestly John didn't read the whole thing, he was just surprised that the Dark Knight was actually asking for help. But when he gets to the Batcave he meets a ghost even he wasn't prepared for... Summary
Gordon considered himself a calm man.
He was on board when a man dressed up as a bat started showing up on his crime-ridden streets.
He kept an open mind when the same man began dressing up little kids like birds and throwing them at psychotic maniacs.
He kept his cool when Batman asked to pardon the murderous, red-helmeted ‘vigilante’ who blew up countless warehouses and served as judge, jury, and executioner.
He even managed to keep a straight face when that same criminal showed up at the Batsignal; he still pulled a gun on him, of course, but he held his fire, for now.
“Red Hood,” He greeted with a sour frown.
The helmeted figure turned to face him, waving as he did so. “Hey there, Commish.”
OR
Red Hood is the only bat left in town to take on Gordon's missions. Gordon is, unsurprisingly, not happy. However, Jim is forced to push his feelings aside so he can get shit done. Maybe after a while, they'll learn to do more than just deal with one another, especially when Gordon learns that the gun-wielding murderer he sees now used to be a joking fifteen-year-old Gordon enjoyed the company of. That was... Until the second Robin died.

Summary
Jason wakes up in the League of Assassins and meets a 10-year-old with zero social skills. He is then forced to take this child to "work" in Gotham.
OR
Jason dies, gets revived, is thrown into a Lazarus Pit, and meets Damian, the mini, more annoying version of Bruce. After a while of living in the league, he is shoved in a helicopter with the kid. Once they reach Gotham, they gradually start to get along, even if it occasionally requires some deal-making and bargaining to keep the peace. Jason finally gets his partner in crime/emotional support murder-child he didn't know he needed.

“Don’t move,” Jason whispers. “If we don’t move he won’t see us.”
“That’s for a T-rex and it’s a lie. They could very well kill you even then.”
“You are shitting on my hopes and dreams, Replacement.”
“I’m not. I’m just saying —”
“Todd,” Damian calls and when he gets no answer from Jason, he whimpers, “Drake.”
“I can't believe I'm saying this but he’s breaking my heart, dude."
“Shut up, don’t give in. It’s a trap.” Jason says. “It’s a trap —”
They lose both the battle and the war when Damian stops waiting for them and instead stumbles forward, almost drunkenly, and unceremoniously flops himself on Jason’s front, full-on crying against his chest.
“Jesus fuck, Baby-bat. Who do I have to kill?”
(Or the one where Jason and Tim come to the Manor on the early hours of the day after a long night of patrol and they find weird new kind of life form out of this world that cries with snot and all inside the Manor. It takes them some time, because they are both dumbasses, to convince themselves that's actually their little brother crying his eyes out.)
