Summary
There might still be some mistakes and/or errors so please let me know if you find any.
I've included my own little headcanon of Remedial Lessons for select OWL Classes that would let students who only have a couple failed OWLs continue with 6th/7th year while taking remedial lessons for the few OWLs they need for later work and/or graduation.
The years included only really applies if one decides to use the suggested Quidditch Game times listed on the Saturdays.
There are built in "Extracurricular" time slots for things like Choir, Office Hours or "Official Quidditch Practice Time", etc. but I haven't written much of anything in there to leave it up for each individual person.
Keep in mind that no student is intended to take every elective or NEWTs class unless they have a time turner (or risk missing classes and/or burning out).
All electives and NEWTs classes are for all houses unlike the Core 1st>5th year classes (aside from Astronomy & Flying).

The division of houses and classes is done in a way to try and have things be as equal as possible.

Summary
This is a side project I started back in December 2024 when I got sidetracked during my One Piece fanfic rewrite and ended up with a severe hyperfocus on Harry Potter - more specifically Harry Potter fanfics and figuring out how classes at Hogwarts worked.
It's taken me a while to finish - including a long break where I almost gave up on it due to how annoying it got when classes clashed, but I'm happy to see the end of it & I hope that someone will find some use from it.
I apologise for the pixellated images, but it's the best I can do here on AO3.
