Breaking into a shout of laughter, Rumi rests her glass in her lap as she claps a hand across her mouth, eyes shining with delight. “Oh my… Zoey. Okay, go, before I keep you. Are you okay to see yourself out? If you hold the door until it chimes, it’s self locking. I’m just a little…” gesturing at herself, Rumi breaks into a wry grin. “...well. Lets just say you made good on that promise to fuck me until I couldn’t walk. Thanks.”

“... Uh Rumi… are you… ok?”
“Mhm! I’m fine, just... fine.”
Mira narrowed her eyes.
Rumi was wearing a sports bra and a closely fitting tanktop, her hair in a casual ponytail, a few strands falling around her face and despite the very distracting view of Rumi's biceps, Mira had noticed Rumi was leaning back ever so slightly, one hand on the desk, the other clenching and unclenching on the arm of her chair…and her patterns were flickering. Mira couldn’t quite make out the colour under the light of Rumi’s desk lamp but they seemed to be flaring at random intervals.
Something was definitely up.
For one thing-
“Where’s Zoey?”
Rumi suddenly smiled, that lopsided, slow smile that made her eyes twinkle with mischief.
“Hmmm... Zoey… Zoey’s a little occupied, right now.”

There was the sound of the door shutting. A few footsteps.
“She’s not here?” the voice asked.
Zoey dropped her voice lower, almost conspiratorial. “No. She went out—probably won’t be back for, like… fifteen, twenty minutes.”
A beat of silence. Then a quiet chuckle. “Good. Then I can steal you for a while.”
There was a nervous little hiccup of laughter from Zoey. “Wait—don’t get too close, I’m still live—”
“I’ll stay out of frame,” the voice promised, tone coaxing.
The sound of a hand brushing fabric, then a soft shuffle—the mic catching the rustle as Zoey was pulled slightly sideways. A faint smack of lips meeting. Quick. Too quick to be mistaken.
Chat slowed to a crawl.

[rumi4lifer]: wait…
[sealoverfour45]: SHE DIDNT MUTE THE MIC OMG
