With the Medusa in hand, they're finally able to complete the revival of their former arch-enemy turned closest ally, Shishio Tsukasa. The Kingdom of Science has certain assumptions regarding Xeno and Stanley's relationship. Too bad they've vastly overestimated the emotional intelligence of one Xeno Houston Wingfield.
