The Luckey Cafe was a speciality even amongst travelling coffeeshops. One day, nothing, a vacant lot on the edge of town. The next, a full sized two-story building.
It would appear at the corner of a town, typically close to a Wizards Guildhall, and stick around for weeks at a time, before just disappearing in the night.
