Chapter Text
A tall slim man is standing in front of a door. He hesitantly lifts his arm.
Knock. Knock.
Are the flowers too much? What if she doesn’t like them? Am I being to forward?
His worries are cut short as a small boy opens the door.
“Hi Mr. Toshi,” the little boy said as he opened the door. He has big green round eyes and messy green curls, “I’ll go get mama.”
“Thank you young Midoriya,” replied Toshinori as he stepped into the apartment and closed the door. He looked in the direction that Midoriya ran off towards and heard the child speak and a woman’s voice replied. A few seconds later the little boy came back.
“Mama said she’ll be here in a few minutes,” Midoriya was speaking as if this was all very important, “she said that we have to be in the kitchen” he paused held his hand to his mouth as he thought and then said “we have to hit at the table and we have to close our eyes.”
A chuckle escaped Toshinori as he said to Midoriya “well we must do what the songbird sings us to do, right young Midoriya?”
At this Midoriya shakes his head in agreement takes Toshi’s hand and leads him to the kitchen.
They sit down and that’s when Yagi spots it. Clutched in young Midoriya’s hand is an All might figure. Of course, he would have one the boy adores All Might. Toshi can’t help but smile at this. The young boy less than an arm length away was sitting so close to his favorite hero, but he didn’t know that. Just like Young Midoriya and Inko didn’t know that he almost lost his life two years ago against the villain All For One. A shudder ran down his spine at the memory. That’s when a soft voice spoke out.
“Hello Yagi,” at this Toshi jumped up his face flushed and lunged for the flowers on the table. The woman laughed. She has green round eyes and green hair like her son’s. Yagi held out the flowers, he wanted to say for you, but his voice didn’t want to work instead he blushed red, so she attracted them towards her. “They are beautiful, thank you,” blush was spreading across her face, but she hid behind the flowers, “I should put them in water.” At this point Yagi didn’t trust his voice so he just shook his head.
Once she returned so had Yagi’s voice, they all ate and once the dishes were cleared Inko was going to wash the dishes, but Yagi spoke up “I’ll do them why don’t you pick out a movie?”
“Are you sure its not a bother?” she was trying to get back into the kitchen. He knew this she is always in the kitchen if she is nervous or stressed.
“It is no bother especially of Izuku here helps me” he looked at the boy, and he seemed confused as he looked from his mother to Yagi, but he agreed to help. Thank you Izuku.
The two boys went into the kitchen and they began to wash the dishes, Yagi washed and Izuku dried. “Young Midoriya”
“Yes” he replied.
“Well” shit how should I say this “well you know how your mother and I have been dating for a while?” he looked over at Midoriya and he looked confused but he nodded “well I am hoping to ask her to marry me” at this Midoriya looked like he was starting to understand. “But I wanted to ask you if. Well if you would like me to be your dad?” silence. Utter silence. This kid is never silent, why now? Does he thing I’m to fast? It has only been almost two years. Maybe. Maybe he still wants his actual father. And only his actual father.

Toshi wants to marry mama. Wait Toshi wants to be MY DAD.
“Yes!!!” he started jumping up and down, excitedly ending up hugging Toshi. Toshi looked relieved and so happy. He looked like he was about to cry.
“Is everything alright in there?” Inko called from the living room.
“Yes” both Izuku and Toshi answered. They laughed and finished the dished.

Toshi and young Midoriya finished the dishes and went into the living room. Young Midoriya entered the room first, as Toshi fumbled to find the little box hidden in his pocket.
“I can’t decide on a movie why don’t you choose Izuku” Inko looked over and all of her attention was on Izuku. Toshi walked in, came behind Inko, and wrapped her in an embrace.
“Inko” he was speaking softly into her ear almost in a whisper “I love you. You saved me when my world was black. You pulled me back into warmth and I wish to only show you warmth and love for the rest of our lives. Will you marry me?”
She took the box from his hands turned around and he saw the tears welling in her eyes. The look in her eyes was so happy “yes” she whispered “Yes!” and she flung herself onto Toshi hugging him. He pulled away only to lean in for a kiss. They leaned away and then something slammed into them. It was Izuku, he had jumped in to get them both in a hug. What did I do to deserve this happiness? What did I do to deserve both of them? All three of them were cuddled up on the couch for the rest of the night until they noticed young Midoriya was asleep on both of them.
