Thrid-Person P.O.V
"Alright Class, Settle Down!" A Cream Female Rabbit clapping her hands together to get her students attention. Finally getting her students to return to their assign seats. "As you all know, today you will all be tested to see what your ranks are." A red Echidna child raised their hands. " Yes, you have a question to ask!?" Said the teacher. "What do you mean by ranks? And what to they mean?" Asked the young child.
The Teacher sign a bit hoping none of her students would ask this question. Because it always lead to the students discriminating at the end. "Well, there are 3 different ranks. Alpha, Beta, and Omega! Alpha and Omega being the rare ranks as they already are. And Beta ranks are more of the common ranks" "WHAT RANK ARE YOU, MS.VANILLA!?" One of the students shouted. "Well for 1 things, please don't interrupt when I'm speaking."
Vanilla turning and angrily smiling at the young green hedgehog. "And secondly, I'm a Beta so I land in the most common ranks." She cleared her throat to continue her lesson. " As I was saying, Alpha are known to be the more superior rank. For example the Royal Family are known to all be born Alphas. And now we have the Omegas rank, omegas are known to be able to give birth despite being male or female. But to addition to that they go through a heat cycle once a month. Until they find their fated pair."
A purple hedgehog raised their hand. "Yes, you have a question!?" Vanilla acknowledge the young child. "What's a fated pair?" Asked the young hedgehog. "Well, a fated pair is something special to the alpha and omega. Anyone can be a pair but a fated pair is something very special." Vanilla smiled to herself knowing she can hopefully bring some light to the young children's. "How do they know if they are fated or not!?" A red wolf interrupt. "The omega will be able to mark their alpha as theirs. Which rarely happens now and then." She answered the child question.
Suddenly the classroom door opened, revealing a small brown mouse wearing a lab coat. "Hello Ms. Vanilla, Are the children's ready for their test?" "Yes, I was explaining the different ranks to them since they were curious." Vanilla said with a worried look. "I see" Said the small mouse. Vailla turned herself to her class. "Kids, please say hello to Dr. Koki, she will be in charge of your test today!" "HI, Dr. Koki!" The children said in unison. "Hello, Children's! Today I'll be leading you all to the medical room so I can do your test." As Dr. Koki pancing around the classroom.
"I want everyone to form a line toward the door. Your teacher will guide you to the nurses room. I'll see you kids there!" As the doctor walked out. When the doctor was out of sight ms. Vailla clapped her hands together to gain her students attention. "Alright, you heard the doctor. Please lined up by the door." Students got off their desk to head towards the door to form a line as they were instructed to do. Now Ms. Vanilla leads her students to the nurses office.
Vailla knocks on the door to let the doctor know they were ready. The door slowly opens, "Please let in your students one at a time. It'll make my work easier that way!" Said the doctor. "Of course Dr. Koki!" Nodded Ms. Vanilla. Ms. Vanilla let in her students one at a time to get their testing done and the one done were to wait on the other side of the hallway. 30 minutes pass by. All the young students had already taken their test. Students talking amongs themselves while waiting on the doctor. Dr. Koki exits the room while looking down on her clipboard. She turns towards Ms. Vanilla. "Well, thank you for your cooperation. Things went smoothly and I finished sooner than expected." Smiling at the children's. "We will receive the results by tomorrow. Now will you excuse me I still have a few more classes to get through today!"
The Doctor bowing her head towards Ms. Vanilla before heading towards the next class. Ms. Vanilla now leading her students back to their classroom. Once back in class, she told her students if they had anymore questions before the school days end. She had a few students wanting more information about the Alphas and omega special connection. She answered their questions the best she could. Suddenly the school bell rang letting everyone know that school was over for the day. Students saying their goodbyes towards their teacher.
A pair of triplets hedgehogs walking together heading home or so they thought. "Oh, I can't wait for tomorrow!" A excited purple hedgehog squealing. "Calm down sis, you know we're going to be Alphas it runs in the family!" A green hedgehog trying to calm down his over excited sister. "For starters we just have to hope none of us are omegas." Sighing the green one. "Why not? What's wrong being a omega?" The youngest of the triplets, a blue hedgehog spoken. The two older siblings look at each other with a concern look. "Because mom hates omega." Explained the green one "yeah she said she would abandoned us if any of us were to be omega after what happen to dad." The purple one sighing her ears down. "So mom won't love me, she just going to throw me away for something I can't contol!" The blue one now tearing up.
The older ones tried to hug their younger sibling. But they pushed them away before screaming at them. That they hated them before dashing off somewhere leaving behind a blue streak. Both siblings screaming at the young one to come back. The blue one kept running till he tripped and fell on their knees. Wincing in pain from the fall. They pick up their head and started looking around to see where they were. He noticed a playground, he struggled to get up and limping his way over there.
Noticing a small cave like area underneath the main playground. He settled himself down and curled himself crying. He hadn't realized he had caught someone attention. A Dark shadow soon looms over the weeping child. He gasped a look to see a ebony hedgehog staring at him. "Why are you crying? I've never seen you around here before!" Said the ebony child. The blue one was scared and trembling in fear. The ebony sat down next to him. "What cat got your tongue?" Smirk the ebony one.
"NO!!" The blue wipe away his tears " I'm just scared is all" as his ears lowered. Ebony scooted closer to the blue one "Scared of what? Your rank?" The blue one gasped in shock and faced the other child "H-how d-did you k-know!?" As he stuttered "because I was the same when I got my test done." He scare into those emerald eyes. "So, you know your rank?" Questioned the blue one. "Yeah, I'll tell you if you tell me why you're so scared to learn your rank!?" The blue one knew the curious ebony wasn't gonna stop pestering him. "I'm scared to be mark as a omega. My mom despise them alot." He felt like crying again.
"I see, that's understandable. But she's wrong to hate you for something you have no control over!" As the ebony one grabbed the blue one hands together. " She should see you as who you are not by ranks! At least that's what my parents told me." The ebony one look up with a confused look. The blue one giggle with his statement. "Thanks, I guess I needed that. What rank are you anyway!?" Now it was the blue one turn to ask the questions.
"I'm a alpha!" The ebony one answers his question. "Any family members?" As he kept asking questions. "I have a older twin brother who is also a alpha and a older sister who is a omega. My parents are fated pair." That caught the blue one attention. "My teacher was mentioning that today. What does that actually means?" " I'm not sure exactly. From what I've been told you feel a special connection to a certain someone. And you'll know your meant to be because something special happens when they meet." The ebony one laid back to get comfortable.
There was silence between the two hedgehogs. Till the ebony one broke it. "Um, I have a very weird random question to ask you?" As the ebony one look at the blue one. "Uhh, sure? What is your question?" The blue one look at the ebony one with concerned. "I know we just meant and you don't know what your rank is yet. But I was wondering if I can mark you!?" The blue one eyes widen before he shouted "WHAT!? Are you being serious or just playing a joke on me because I don't like it!" He was starting to get angry. The ebony one grabbed the blue ones hand. "NO, I'm being serious. I don't know why but I want to mark you. If you allow me too" he squeezed his hands.
"I don't know.....what would happen if I was a omega or a alpha or a Beta!?" He was concerned what would happen if he was mark. "Well if you were either alpha or beta the mark would disappear and for omegas the mark is permanent. But I would take care of you if you were a omega and you become mines." The ebony one was determined. "I'm not sure, what if you changes your mind later!" The blue one was scared for that outcome. "I won't. You have my word. I'll even let you mark me as well if you want too. So can I mark you?" Asked the ebony one. The blue one was thinking and then. "I......"
*BEEP*

A certain older blue hedgehog groaning as his slumber was distributed. His alarm going off. "Sonic, wake up! We're going to be late for school!" A voice coming from his door while they knock on it. "I'm up, I'll be down in a sec." As he answered back. "Don't take too long!" He saw their shadow leave the door area and hearing them walk down the stairs. Before leaning back on his bed. "What kind of dream was that!?" As he placed his hand on his forehead. "Or was that a memory!?"
