Work Text:
It had started like any other outing. The Queen led the way, practically jogging to the trailhead as her knight took her time, stretching out her legs and making sure her laces were secure before following. When compared to their usual excursions, the only difference Brienne could find was the time of day. Brienne routinely ventured out alone around this time of the morning and would bring Alicent along with her later in the day, however, largely due to Alicent’s own insistence, today she had joined her. It was even earlier than when Brienne would usually make it outside, but finding the woods empty of other wanderers made it worth the early summons.
But now, the rough bark of a tree scraping at Alicent’s back as she kisses down her neck, Brienne thinks maybe this had been her queen’s plan all along.
“You tricked me, your grace,” Brienne murmurs. Her hands settle on the older woman’s hips, keeping her mouth against Alicent’s pulse point and leaning into the touch.
“Hmm?” Alicent whines. Brienne bites the sensitive skin, earning a hiss as she arches into the pain. She soothes her tongue over the area a moment later, groaning herself when Alicent slides her hands up to Brienne’s neck and presses their bodies together.
Brienne leans back, needing to see her eyes as she accuses her again. “We woke up this early so you could kiss me in the woods?”
“Maybe more than kiss,” Alicent replies with a shy grin. She grips her fingers onto Brienne’s head, threading into short blonde hair. “Is that alright?”
Brienne knows they shouldn’t do this. They are far enough off the trail to not be immediately obvious, maybe only visible to a curious woodsman with keen vision. But Alicent’s eyes are freely travelling her body, starting little fires against her skin everywhere her gaze lingers, and her resolve is rapidly slipping away. She leans across and presses a quick kiss to her lips.
“You’ll have to keep watch for a change then,” Brienne whispers against her lips. It sends a shiver down Alicent’s spine and she nods at once. “You don’t want us to get caught, do you, your grace?”
Alicent then pulls her closer, suddenly needing more contact, and urges Brienne to resume her previous post against her neck. She’s surprised by the ache between her legs already demanding attention, stunned at how seriously she’s considering guiding Brienne’s hand directly to where she needs it. Before she can make a move, Brienne seems to read her mind and deftly slips her thigh between Alicent’s skirts.
“Keeping your eyes open, my queen?” Brienne asks coolly, her fingers toying with the silk of Alicent’s shift.
Alicent rolls her eyes but nods, a playful grin pulling at the corners of her mouth. “Yes, Ser,” she retorts.
Brienne stands up straighter, eyes wide and fingers stilled, as the words hit her. Watching Brienne raise her eyebrows at an attempt to process the words, Alicent notices how the heat low in her pelvis seems to get a little hotter, her need swelling at the sight of her knight’s darkening eyes.
“What, because I called you Ser?” she asks with a tilt of her head.
Brienne nods, her mouth pursing as Alicent repeats it. If her reaction is anything to go by, she’s going to have to make this a regular occurrence, and the word was on the tip of her tongue to repeat it when Brienne snaps out of her trance and leans down to work her mouth against Alicent’s neck with renewed fervour.
Alicent scans what she can see of the woods ahead, diligently keeping her end of the bargain as Brienne’s teeth work against her collarbone. She shifts slightly, positioning herself more solidly over the thigh between her legs, and pushes her hips forward. A low groan fills the silence around them and much to her annoyance, Brienne pulls back to look at her again.
“My queen, you’ll attract attention.” Brienne slides her hand under Alicent’s hosiery, her fingers expertly ghosting over sensitive skin. She repeats the motion, watching as Alicent’s head tips back against the tree. “Can you be quiet for me?”
Alicent should be embarrassed about her reaction to the question, how she is fully at Brienne’s mercy and completely lost in the moment. Her hips surge forward at once, blindly seeking relief, while she softly moans. It takes a second to collect herself but she eventually manages to find her voice. “Of course, ser.”
Seemingly satisfied with the response, Brienne offers a quick kiss before returning to more pressing issues. She steps forward, their bodies barely touching to leave room for her arm between them, and drags one finger through a surprising amount of wetness. A moan rips from Alicent’s throat before she can stop it and Brienne shushes her, bringing her free hand up to tenderly cover her mouth. Alicent’s eyes slip closed for a moment, barely even a second, as her arousal gets the best of her.
“You’re enjoying it, me being like this,” Brienne whispers in reverence. Her fingers move on their own, slipping easily against Alicent’s clit with light strokes. “Where anyone could see us.”
Alicent moans freely into Brienne’s hand, her hips chasing the too-soft motion. She’s already desperate and fears it won’t take much at all, given the circumstances. From the look on Brienne’s face, she is fully aware that she has already driven her queen to this point.
“So soon?” Brienne hums appreciatively. She gives in, focusing her thumb on the sensitive bundle of nerves and slipping three fingers inside, setting a firm rhythm. “We should have done this ages ago.”
If her hips weren’t fruitlessly bucking against Brienne’s hand, Alicent would have some choice words about that statement. She writhes under the weight of Brienne’s body, whining in desperation and giving her knight a pleading look.
Brienne must feel some sympathy for Alicent, harbour some guilt for complaining about being dragged out of bed at an ungodly hour and then pinning her to a tree in the woods, because her fingers instantly pick up speed. She moves quickly, applying the amount of pressure that she knows will push Alicent toward the edge.
“Go ahead, my queen,” she coos, lips peppering feverish kisses against Alicent’s neck and jaw as her hand works between their bodies. She leans back to watch Alicent’s face closely, her gaze intense and loving. “I have you.”
Alicent would like to think that it would normally take more, that she wouldn’t be so susceptible to the low tone in Brienne’s voice, but it’s a fantasy. It never takes long with Brienne at the helm. Her legs tremble, her head dropping forward to Brienne’s shoulder, as her orgasm washes over her body. She’s distantly grateful for the hand over her mouth, somewhat aware that the sounds leaving her throat would certainly attract even far away dwellers, as she weakly bucks her hips a final time.
Brienne steadies her, holding Alicent in place as she catches her breath. She removes her hand from Alicent’s mouth and gently kisses the skin there, finally landing against her lips. After a few moments of recovery, Alicent teases her hands under Brienne’s shirt, her nails scraping lightly against her hard muscled stomach.
“I will get out of bed this early every day if that’s what you have in mind,” Brienne laughs, leaning in for another kiss. Alicent is still slightly dazed, her heart still trying to return to normal, but manages to pull Brienne’s bottom lip between her teeth, earning a groan.
Unfortunately for both of them, Brienne has other ideas. She removes her hand from under Alicent’s dress, keeping tortuous eye contact as she pulls back to pop the same three fingers that had just pushed Alicent over the edge into Alicent’s mouth, who makes a show of cleaning them off, before sagging against the tree as Brienne pushes off, energised.
“Alright, my queen, we can still make good time.” She beckons casually, using the three fingers that had just been in Alicent’s mouth, as she starts walking back toward the trail.
Alicent stares after her, unsure if her legs will even carry her back to her horse let alone on the rest of their trip, when she sees Brienne’s hand move to rest on the hilt of her sheathed sword. A beat later, another person enters Alicent’s view and she bolts upright.
“Good morrow! Great day for some hunting, eh?” The man greets, only briefly looking confused when he spots Alicent lagging a few steps behind Brienne. “Y-your gr—?!”
Brienne ignores him, while Alicent clumsily jogs to close the distance and catch up to Brienne, easily slipping her hand into the crook of her knight’s elbow when she gets there.
Alicent nods after the hunter, a coy smile on her lips. “Oh, a great day indeed,” she answers, her eyes raking up Brienne’s body.
Once they are out of sight, Alicent nudges Brienne toward a narrower offshoot of the trail with a surprising sense of urgency.
“Now you’re in a hurry?” Brienne chides, following deeper into the woods.
“There’s an alcove up here,” Alicent responds breezily. She glances back, eyes lidded, and quickens her pace. “I’m hoping you won’t mind getting your knees dirty?”
Brienne laughs at the implication, suddenly far too warm in the layers of her armour. She squeezes Alicent’s hand where it rests and starts moving faster, dragging Alicent to walk closer. Their eyes meet and Alicent notes again the way Brienne’s eyes have darkened again, feels her body tense from the sight. She overtakes Brienne in a few easy strides.
“Maybe I should join you on your morning trips more often, Ser,” Alicent says over her shoulder with a grin.
