Woonhak has undeniably big fat crush on his senior Riwoo. Riwoo once mentioned he like someone who does sports, so he joined the baseball team, and he unexpectedly became the team's Ace. His other senior Jaehyun knew about his little crush on Riwoo, to his unfortunate luck, Jaehyun is friends with Riwoo. Jaehyun is the top student of their university, but he's definitely the energetic and teasing type, though he's really strict in some occurrences. Woonhak and Jaehyun is close, so Jaehyun always teases Woonhak about his crush on Riwoo.
Riwoo is pretty known for his dancing skills, he's pretty popular to girls and boys around the campus, he's in the dance club and also in the art club, he's currently in his 3rd year of college while Woonhak is on his first year. Lee Sanghyuk is his real name and Riwoo is just stage name, because he is also in a band called "BOYNEXTDOOR". The members are Park Sungho or Sungho, Myung Jaehyun, Lee Sanghyuk or Riwoo, Han Dongmin or Taesan, and Kim Donghyun or Leehan.
Woonhak got some type right there, Woonhak felt a little insecure because he knew his Riwoo hyung is way out of his league, he thought to himself “He will never like someone like me.” Our Woonhak doesn't believe in himself, but he didn't stop himself catching feelings for Riwoo.
Jaehyun is not all teasing and all that, he actually encourages Woonhak in pursuing his feelings for Riwoo. “Don’t be too hard on yourself, Woonhak-ah. I'm sure Sanghyuk have some feelings for you too.” Woonhak scoffed and rolled his eyes to Jaehyun, which made Jaehyun amused by his own junior's attitude. “Stop it hyung, we both know that's not true.” Jaehyun just smirked and patted Woonhak’s head, Woonhak brushed Jaehyun’s hands off and laugh to himself, there's no way Riwoo could like him back.
Woonhak doesn't know what is he doing here right now, he's in a studio, full of instruments, but most importantly, he's in the same room as his biggest crush. He know whose fault is this, it's Jaehyun himself. Woonhak just want to punch his senior right in the face. Jaehyun unfortunately told his band mates that Woonhak wanted to join the band after mentioning it once to him, because Woonhak wanted to get close to Riwoo, and Jaehyun as sly as he can be wanted to make it happen! All cheers to Jaehyun for moving the glass!
Woonhak introduces himself to everyone everyone seemed to be fond of him already. “Nice to meet you Woonhak, I'm Park Sungho, just Sungho is okay. Third year in Civil Engineering, vocalist of the band. Hope we get along.” Sungho offered his arm to Woonhak, Woonhak shook his hand, the both exchange smiles to one another.
“Han Dongmin, call me Taesan. Second year in Fine Arts, drummer of the band, nice meeting you.” Taesan introduce himself, he was sitting in drum set, so Taesan just nudged him a wave to which Woonhak returned to him.
“Kim Donghyun, people call me Leehan. 2nd year in Marine Biology, the keyboardist of the band, pleasure to meet you.” He stretched out his hand to Woonhak, Woonhak shook his hand.
“Lee Sanghyuk, Riwoo is fine. 3rd year in Fine Arts, I'm the bassist of the band, nice having you to the team.” Riwoo smiled to Woonhak, he can feel his stomach twisting and his heart doing some flips, all Woonhak can do his bow his head to Riwoo and smile back. Jaehyun saw this and gave Woonhak a teasing grin to which Woonhak returned a eye roll.
“And of course me! You already know me, but I'll still introduce myself! I'm Myung Jaehyun, third year in Bachelor of Arts in Literature. The lead guitarist and the leader of the band! Welcome to BOYNEXTDOOR, my boy!” He wrapped his hand around Woonhak and gave him a playful punch in the chest, Woonhak chuckles by his senior's playful gestures. They all hang around and everyone seemed chill, Woonhak learned how to keep it cool when he's around Riwoo, though Jaehyun still teases him. Woonhak became the band's rhythm guitarist, Woonhak is a first year of Bachelor of Arts in Music, means he have experience in this kind of thing. He have always dreamt of being a composer, being able to make music, Woonhak is also good at dancing, he has good acting skills also, he also have great vocals, what can't Woonhak do? Confess his feelings for Riwoo, apparently.

Woonhak was on his way to a café because it is his break time now, when a familiar voice called out his name. He turn around to make it sure if he was right, and he was right. It's Sungho from his band, he’s with Riwoo, Sungho was waving at Woonhak, Woonhak waved back in instinct. Internally he is screaming, he doesn't know what to do because his crush is coming in his way, he's panicking because he looks deranged right now, he doesn't wanna make a bad impression of himself to his crush. What can Woonhak do? Teleport his way to his home and make himself presentable?
“Where are you going, Woonhak?” Sungho asked as he catches up to Woonhak, he can’t deny just how tall this kid is, because Sungho have to look just to talk to him and it's making Sungho feel short. “Uh to the café across the road, it's my break time right now.” Woonhak replied, he smiled sweetly at them. Wow what a cute kid. Sungho thought to himself. “Oh okay, after your classes are over go to the studio, Jaehyun and Taesan need your help.”
“Oh sure, I'm off in 3:30 pm.” Woonhak saw a glimpse of Riwoo, but Riwoo is already staring at him, his heart jumps, he quickly looked away, he can feel his cheeks turned warm and his heart starts beating so fast. “Okay, we'll see you there! Let's go Riwoo.” As they left, Woonhak finally can breathe, he thought he was about to die in there, well thankfully he survived.
On the other hand, Riwoo was smiling ear to ear, Sungho noticed it and nudged Riwoo’s shoulder with his elbow. “Why are you grinning? Is there something you're not telling me?” Sungho raised a brow and took a sip of his drink. “Nothing, just walk.” Sungho is still suspicious, but didn't push any further and brushed it off. Meanwhile, Riwoo is replaying the moment earlier with Woonhak because of how amusing it is for Riwoo. He thinks Woonhak is cute, he has a developing feelings for Woonhak, he finds Woonhak adorable and attractive. Well, he won't admit he like him though, but he's not denying it either.
The way Woonhak's smile can lighten up, the room, the way his presence brings warm, and the way his eyes alone can brighten up your mood. That's Woonhak's effect on Riwoo, he always find Woonhak energetic, fun, and kind, even before Woonhak join the band he already noticed him. Whenever Woonhak have games, he will attend them all. He infact does like people who have sports—especially if they're Woonhak. He admires how positive Woonhak is, when his pitches were kinda of in the game he will tell himself that he will do great in the next throw. Don't ask how Riwoo knew that.
Woonhak is like a sun and Riwoo is like a sunflower.

Woonhak helped Taesan and Jaehyun in making the new songs, he had been a big help because their work have been progressing so fast unlike before. Before, it will take months in making 1 new song, but right now they're currently working on the second song, it was a good decision in making Woonhak a new member of the band. Riwoo watches Woonhak with admiration, Sungho notices this, now he teases Riwoo with his little crush on Woonhak. He can't deny it, because how can you deny something that is so obvious? He likes the way Woonhak is gentle and respectful to everyone, but somehow, something inside him wants Woonhak all by himself. He want to be greedy for once.
Woonhak was left alone in the studio as the older ones went out to grab food, he stayed behind to finish his homework and do some final touches in their song. Riwoo was first to arrive he saw Woonhak doing some final touches, he just entered quietly so he won't disturb Woonhak, he's worried that Woonhak still hasn't eaten yet. He gathered up the courage to offer him some food, so he did, he offered him his donuts, Woonhak tried to decline first but Riwoo is way more stubborn than him. Woonhak accepted his defeat and accepted Riwoo's offer, after that they talked for a while, while waiting for the others. Woonhak couldn't help but admire his senior, the way he smiles, the way his eyes smiles whenever he laughs, everything Riwoo does had Woonhak on chokehold. He's just that down bad for him.
Riwoo noticed Woonhak have been staring at him all this time, he couldn't help but to assume, though it is bad to assume, he just couldn't help it, how can he not assume? When Woonhak does everything he told him, when Woonhak look at him with admiration in his eyes, when Woonhak is always attentive to whatever he was about to say, or whenever Riwoo feel hungry Woonhak already have donuts ready just for him, he can't help to think that his junior has feelings for him. He just couldn't prove it. He hope to be right, he couldn't handle to see anyone having Woonhak other than him. He hate that thought, he really does, but what can he do? He's a coward, if he won't confess someone will eventually take him away from him.

The band already announced Woonhak as their new member under the name Haki. When his image was posted he already gained fans because the fans like his cute image, because of Woonhak the band gained more fans day by day, Woonhak’s grew rapidly than expected. “Our Woonhak is popular among girls now huh.” Taesan said while nudging his shoulder onto Woonhak’s. Woonhak is happy of course, he didn't expect this outcome, he never thought he could be popular. That made him happy, because not only he's doing what he loves the most, he's also getting recognised for something he's actually good at.
The band also announced their new comeback, they're going to release 3 new singles, Woonhak feels nervous and anxious for their upcoming mini concerts, thankfully his seniors are there to reassure him, and of course Riwoo is there to help him out, in fact Riwoo is always there for him, Woonhak thought that maybe Riwoo have grew fond of him.
Weeks have passed by, their new singles have over 1, 000, 000 sales, for a small band artist like them, this is a really big achievement. In 4 days will be their first concert with Woonhak, of course they're excited but also nervous, because their tickets have sold out.
While they were practicing Jaehyun noticed his friend Riwoo have been staring at their newbie, again. “So when are you going to confess hm?” As Jaehyun sat right next to Riwoo, Riwoo shook his head and brush his hair, knowing damn well he's much of a coward to actually confess his feelings for Woonhak like he's some teenage girl having a crush on a boy.
“You should confess you know, you're not in highschool anymore. If you don't, someone will take him eventually.” Dongmin sat right beside Riwoo, he gave him light punch in the arm. Riwoo scoffed, he find his situation ridiculous, he find his friends telling him to confess his feelings for Woonhak ridiculous, he find himself ridiculous. “Yeah..” He mumbled, they all picked that up, they all sighed, Sungho shook his head. Donghyun patted his shoulder while shaking his head.

It's the day of the concert, Woonhak and the other members are nervous with their performance today, but they have each other. “Okay guys we got this! BOYNEXTDOOR ASSEMBLE!” Other members yelled out loud Boynextdoor assemble also. Woonhak can be seen visibly excited about their performance, this is his first performance as official member of Boynextdoor, so he's gonna make sure to give it his all. “Am I the only one whose legs are shaking right now?” Leehan said as he grinned trembling, the other members laughed because they're also trembling in excitement. It's time for them to get out and face their fans in the stage, Woonhak will definitely devour the stage tonight!
The concert have ended successfully, all of them are visibly exhausted from earlier concert, but they absolutely had fun tonight. Woonhak is asleep, totally busted out, Riwoo is right beside him, guarding him. “Aren’t you going to offer your shoulder for his head to rest?” Sungho teasingly said to Riwoo, Riwoo replied with an eye roll. He finds his friend’s suggestions ridiculous, but he thought for a second, maybe that wasn't a bad idea at all? Then—Riwoo is frozen in his place as Woonhak rest his head onto Riwoo’s shoulder—Riwoo on the other hand, doesn't know what to do.
“Wow, Woonhak was the one who made it happen for you Riwoo.” Taesan said, everyone chuckled, they found Riwoo’s situation amusing and worth the teasing.
“You know, I could really use some help from you guys, right?” He said, for a desperate reason, he's really panicking right now.
“I think we're good, right guys?” Jaehyun opened his arms dismissively and everyone else is humming in agreement.
“Come on guys, Riwoo is struggling right now, maybe we should leave them both?” Leehan suggested, he knew what he's doing. With no further ado, everyone immediately left Riwoo and Woonhak alone, by themselves.
Riwoo wished to die right now, he hates how he like this, he could've pushed Woonhak's head away, not only that's rude, that will also hurt Woonhak. “Please kill me now.” He whispered under his breath.
