He feels like he is, well - about to have an alien baby rip its way out of him right here on this cold, hard floor, Megumi’s appalling lack of sci-fi knowledge be damned, and he is in no way fucking way prepared to deal with it.

    Two quick pairs of footsteps bring him to his senses, and he lifts his head just in time to see Nobara stop dead in her tracks, her nostrils flaring.

    “What the fuck,” she says, staring at him.

    “No, dumbass,” she says, dropping to her knees and pressing a hand to his forehead, her touch surprisingly gentle. “You’re in heat.”
