  Summary

  I groan in pain when my back hits the mat. Eric is on top of me straddling my hips, his hands around my throat. “Break free,” he commands and I groan again.

   

  After initiation Tris starts her leadership training under Eric which results in her and Four breaking up. Trying to adjust to her new responsibilities and find out what Erudite is planning, Tris spends almost all of her time with her new co-leader, getting to know a side of Eric that makes it all too easy to forget that he is also the enemy.
