The door opens, and Dr. Watson walks through, straight past him to start moving some sort of machine behind him.
"I apologize for the secrecy, but patients are typically resistant to this treatment the first go, so we feel it's best to perform it this way."

"Right out here, honey."
He hears her voice over some sort of speaker, and realizes that the mirror he's staring into must be two-way.
"You've gotta take your medicine baby, or your heat wont end for weeks."
Eli goes to the heat clinic to be treated.
