Summary
Dudley Dursley lives with the guilt of what his family had done to his cousin, which can never be forgiven. He resents the person he used to be and tries to live as a better person, but a part of himself can never truly get over how cruel he had been to the kind-hearted Harry. After a car accident, he wakes to find himself a child all over again.
He sets out to make Harry's childhood better, as much as he can. All the while he must hide the fact, he too, now has magic as well. It shouldn't be too hard, should it? -

Summary
Petunia knew that she wasn't the best sister, in-fact she was pretty horrible. Her jealousy towards Lilly was something she wished she could take back, she wished she could apologize to her little sister. Maybe that's why when she saw the bruises on her nephews cheek and arms as he slept in the cupboard under the stairs, she sent a letter to her sister's oldest friend. She wasn't able to apologize to her sister, so maybe she could make it up by making sure her son had a good life.

Theo can See it, suddenly, Harry with pomegranate-stained lips and sharp teeth dripping red like blood, red jewels on his tongue, in a crystalline palace with a lavish banquet set, in fields of dewless asphodel.
“And you become that which you eat, you know. Oh, not completely, of course, and I’m no longer bound to Mab. So I share few of the physical weaknesses of the Sidhe. Iron may not bind me, though it does itch most annoyingly, and, I expect, will burn after some time in contact.”
“Good, because unless you deign to stop these rumors, half of Slytherin house will be spangled with cold iron by Yule.”
