Summary
Tim Drake has always been good at noticing things—quiet patterns, missing files, truths no one else wants to see. When the city begins whispering about a new player in Gotham’s shadows, Tim listens. There’s something familiar in the way the Red Hood moves, something angry and aching beneath the surface—and Tim is certain it's Jason Todd. So he goes looking, not for a fight, but for a ghost with his brother’s face.

Summary
Tim groaned as the knocking coming from behind the door got more persistent.
"Come in, asshole."
Dick swayed the door open, one hand on the doorframe and the other on the doorknob. His older brother frowned.
"Why were you sleeping at your desk?"
"Trying out a new sleeping position, obviously."

"I'm trying to figure out if you're going to eat me or not." Jason said.
The wolf snorted, staring at Jason as if he was a dumbass.
"Don't give me that look." He grumbled.

Summary
The first time it happened, Tim really was scared. The Red Hood was still an unknown— a crime lord that had come out of nowhere and started making waves in Gotham’s criminal underworld. Tim hadn’t known what to make of him and certainly didn’t think Hood had any good intentions when he kidnapped him.
~or~
At first, Red Hood kidnapped Tim to teach Bruce a lesson. Then it becomes a Thing (TM).

Summary
He had been living the dream. And then his parents returned, and within a week, Tim was back at Drake Manor, hating every second of it. His parents certainly weren’t making the transition any easier; their constant harping and nitpicking were slowly driving him up a wall.
Sitting in the back seat of one of the family’s fancy cars, Tim let out a quiet sigh. Of course, the first thing his parents would do after returning to Gotham was to drag him to a gala. After all, to them, his only purpose was to be shown off as the perfect son and heir.

Summary
“Where are you going, Tim?”
Freezing, Tim blue-screened. What was he supposed to say? Luckily for him, Bruce broke the small silence himself.
“Sorry, Tim. My bad. When one of the boys is sick, I usually take the other with me to the office. You couldn’t have known this,” the man gently explained.
Tim’s eyebrows rose. Which parent willingly took their children to work?

Summary
“What do you care?” Tim bites back, so deeply exhausted that he doesn’t move from his crouch even when Jason comes closer.
“Kid,” Oh fuck, Jason has turned the voice modulator off and now Tim’s going to be bombarded with feelings. “I might be an asshole, a murderer and a criminal but I ain’t a transphobe. And I don’t know Bats to be either so - what the fuck.”
“How the fuck would you know what B is or isn’t,” Tim says angrily. “And it was fine! Everything was fine, why did you have to make me say it? It’s. It was fine.” Tim’s voice cracks at the end and he hates it.
Jason audibly takes in a deep breath and it sounds more like a bull about to charge his target then a calming technique and takes his helmet off. The lenses of his domino are deactivated so he can see Jason's eyes, which look calculating, almost. “I don’t think it was fine actually - or you wouldn’t have been so defensive and hostile about everything. You literally seem to have lost hours disassociating on a Gotham rooftop because you are so far into the closet you got Narnia’ed all the way to Egypt.”

Summary
If anyone asked the Batfamily which Robin had the funniest ’joining the family’ story? Well, everyone would start with, “Well it seemed like Jason had the spot taken for good after having the audacity to try and jack the Batmobile’s tires and hit Bruce with his tire iron.” And then they’d say, “But then tiny Tim decided to try and steal the whole thing.”
Or: When Tim is 11 he figures it’s not hurting anyone if he. Ya know. Takes a picture in the Batmobile. But then the power goes to his head and all of a sudden he’s hacking the Batmobile and tearing through Gotham on a rescue mission.
