Summary
Yuuji and his mentor Yuuta are sent on an undercover mission together. Their task? To pretend they're a couple trying to make connections with dangerous people in the Tokyo Underground. Of course, it all goes to shit, but they're able to salvage the situation the best way they know how.
“Yuuta,” Yuuji hums, just for the pleasure of saying it.
Yuuta’s brows furrow for a short moment. He schools his expression into calm neutrality before anyone else can notice. Only someone close to him would really be able to tell how concerned he is anyway.
“Hi, baby,” he says softly. Baby. Oh, that’s nice. Yuuji can feel himself lighting up from the inside. Yuuta nuzzles inquisitively at his neck, sniffing. He tenses, then pulls Yuuji smoothly into his lap. “Feeling good?”
“Yeah! I’m so hungry. Where’s our food?” Yuuji asks.
Reggie laughs. “It’s on its way. Looks like you and Remi have already gotten started.”
“He’s a beauty, Yuuta,” one of the new alphas says. “You were holding out on us.”
“I’m not exactly fond of sharing,” Yuuta says, splaying a proprietary hand on Yuuji’s upper thigh.

Neytiri scowls but nods, looking away and to her children instead. “We will honor uturu, our children will teach you our ways as you stay here,” Aonung feels like he is finally able to breathe again before he remembers that this would be where he lives now, in the forest.
