Sokka saw Zuko’s gaze flicker down towards the blood stained hoodie and jeans that Sokka had on, eyes going wide and breaths quickening at the sight. “What - What happened?” he asked breathlessly, voice raspy and cracking.
A mixed rush of relief and several feelings Sokka couldn’t quite place washed over him upon hearing Zuko’s voice - even as panicky as it was - and he could feel his eyes burning as tears started to form. “You… Um…” Sokka hesitated, swallowing audibly and trying to discreetly wipe away the tears now rolling down his cheeks. “You… had a baby. In our bathroom,” he managed with a disbelieving laugh that came out as more of a sob.
“I had a baby,” Zuko repeated like he didn’t believe it. And honestly? If Sokka hadn’t seen the tiny infant still attached to Zuko, he wouldn’t have either. “I… Oh my God,” Zuko breathed unsteadily, eyes widening as he presumably remembered what all happened.
“Yeah,” Sokka said with another little, shaky laugh.

Zuko and Sokka learn the hard way that HRT is not an effective form of birth control and struggle to deal with the aftermath of that - i.e. the baby that no one knew Zuko was pregnant with.

Summary
The two of them sit in silence for a long time. Hikaru doesn't mind the silence. He hopes Yoshiki doesn't mind it too. Sometimes it's nice to just focus on other things, like the softness of Yoshiki's skin against his, the feel of his ribcage, or the gentle push and pull against him when he inhales or exhales. He likes the way the water moves with even the smallest movement from either of them. He likes that they both smell the same, like cedar and lavender. He likes how it feels almost as though they're connected, even if Hikaru's not reaching inside of him.
He loves this. He loves Yoshiki. He doesn't think it's embarrassing at all.
(Or, the wig ghost slips through the wall, getting away, but not before attaching to Yoshiki and making him too weak to move. Hikaru takes care of him, then finishes off the ghost, and the two have lots of discussions about bodies and the way they react to things. Hikaru doesn't fully understand)
