Summary
Leon's plaga hatches during his encounter with Mendez, in the man's own mansion. He then learns he's been "gifted" the submissive variant, and it somehow links him to three of the dominant plaga hosts: Bitores Mendez, Jack Krauser, and Osmund Saddler. The closer he gets to each of them, the more he can feel things.
Their voices in his head. A pull. Desire.

Leon also knows he won't make it back to the United States, but at least, he's got Krauser.

Krauser scoffed. “Guess? I ain’t an idiot, Leon. You had your shot with Mendez. Can still sorta feel him lingerin’ in this queer lil’ network of ours. He’s only been dead for a couple hours. And I can still smell him on you.”
The large man’s purring baritone flushed all of Leon’s blood right down to his cock.

Summary
Stupid. Leon had once again been unbelievably stupid. He had ignored Chris’s urgent orders and ran back into the building, which partially collapsed shortly afterward. Without hesitating or listening to what his team from the Hound Wolf Squad was shouting at him, Chris stormed into the building, only to drag Leon out from beneath the debris; half unconscious and bleeding. A few hours later, once Leon had recovered a little, Chris was certain that Leon needed to be punished — so that he would finally start listening to what Chris fucking told him.
