Katsuki nods. His belly tenses when Izuku's cold fingertips trace a wide berth around his forming scars, but he just slowly breathes out when Izuku does nothing more than that.
"I love you," he responds in turn. His eyes flutter half shut as he accepts the caress for what it is: Izuku desperate for touch, for physical evidence that Katsuki is still here, breathing despite it all.
