Summary
After a camping trip leaves Mike Wheeler bitten, feverish, and changing in ways no one can explain, Will Byers refuses to look away.
The moon wants to make Mike a monster. Mike believes it already has. But Will knows the shape of him too well - the boy beneath the claws, the devotion beneath the hunger, the love neither of them has been brave enough to name.
As full moons rise and secrets unravel, Mike and Will are pulled into something fierce, tender, and impossible to deny. The wolf recognizes Will as home before Mike can admit what he wants, but the truth was never born from the bite.
It was always there.
Waiting under the same moon.

Summary
Will Byers expected the senior fall formal to hurt.
He did not expect Troy Walsh and his friends to drench him in contaminated demo blood - or to wake something inside him that had always been waiting.
Now Will can move objects without touching them, taste violence in a guilty heartbeat, and grow teeth sharp enough to make his tormentors bleed. The hunger wants revenge. Mike Wheeler wants Will alive, free, and entirely his own - even if that means helping him bury the bodies.
But what if three deaths are not enough to quiet what Will has become? What if loving him may require Mike to learn the difference between standing beside a monster and reminding him that he still has a choice.-

Summary
Eight months after Mike Wheeler disappears without a trace, Will Byers is still living in the New York apartment they once shared - sleeping badly, painting through the night, and leaving the lights on in case Mike ever finds his way home.
Then Will begins to notice someone watching him.
A shadow on the roof across from his studio. Footsteps following him through empty subway stations. A presence in the dark that never comes close enough to frighten him, but makes sure no one else does either.
When Mike finally steps beneath a rain-soaked streetlight, he is alive - but no longer human.
Vampirism has sharpened everything Mike once kept hidden. His hunger. His protectiveness. His jealousy. The love for Will he spent years pretending was only friendship. He has returned colder, stronger, and dangerously devoted, carrying blood on his hands and eight months of secrets between them.
Will should be afraid of the monster Mike has become.
Instead, he invites him home.
Will must decide how much of the darkness he is willing to embrace.
And whether loving a monster might mean becoming one too.-

Summary
"I thought I'd killed you," he all but snapped, his irritation not necessarily directed towards Will, but rather the genuine scare Will had given him after knowing he'd hurt him.
"You didn't. I'm okay. I'm still here, Mike."
Mike let out a scoff. "I could have.." he muttered, "..and I really thought I did. Jonathan was pissed at me and was glaring at me the whole time when he drove us here."
Will couldn't tell if Mike was being serious or not, but quickly remembering that Jonathan was pretty protective and could definitely be scary when he wanted to be, especially surrounding Will's..feelings, he decided to believe him. "Is that how you got back so fast?"
When Will, Robin, Nancy, El, and Joyce are gathered at the radio station, Will is drowning in the guilt of lying to Mike about the burn, as well as the daunting fear of once again feeling the scorching hands of the devil all over him. But he couldn't say anything, not after Mike had put the plan together himself. Will couldn't risk ruining their plans. So..
He says nothing. And they deal with the outcome when he eventually does feel the scorching flames.

Summary
No one ever talks about what happens after.
No one told Will that the monsters would never really leave him. No one told Will how being taken and possessed would sit in his stomach like a coiled-up vine. No one told Will how he'd never feel like himself again.
No one told Will what to do, now that the worst is over and he doesn't feel any better. No one told Will how to handle the after, the in-between of not dying and still feeling dead.
No one told Will how to feel alive, so he figures it out for himself.
(Or; A study of how Will handles— or doesn't handle— the aftermath of what happens to him.)

Summary
“Will,” Mike says, and his voice is tight. “When I was… changed, did I look anything like that wolf in the woods?”
Will looks at him, sees the question he’s really asking, and nods. “A little bit, yeah.”
“Do you… Do you think that was the last time that's going to happen?”
Will bites his lip, the long pause more of an answer than the, “No.” that follows.
Life has been hectic lately for Mike Wheeler, but it looks like things are finally falling into a lull. Mike, Will, and Jane are just looking forwards to the freedoms promised by their freshman summer, but a beastly encounter in the woods leave those plans dashed for Mike, and soon puts Will and Jane back between crosshares they thought they'd escaped. Mike's fall down the rabbit hole has thrown their lives back into chaos, but it also might be the only way to confront truths about themselves that they've been avoiding for too long.

Summary
Billy Hargrove hit Mike just a little bit harder, Max woke up just a little bit later and Mike Wheeler had always had shitty luck. He gets drugged, hauled to Russia and jabbed with so many needles that he doesn’t know where he began and the needles ended.
But it’s not so bad (He’s lying, it fucking sucks) at least he has the boy in the bed next to his, and relatively regular mealtimes and-
Yeah, he's having trouble coming up with anything positive.
He just wants to go home, but the doctor and this strange new thing in his chest aren’t going to let him. That’s fine, he’ll just have to get himself out.
-
TLDR: Mike Wheeler gets taken to Russia, gets powers and has to figure out how to get himself the hell out of there without killing himself or getting killed first.

Summary
“I cannot allow you to do this for me.” William looks up into Michael’s onyx eyes. His nose is slightly red from the chill but his deep gaze remains wide and sincere.
“Nonsense. I would follow you anywhere, William,” Michael says gently. William is sure his cheeks turn even pinker than they already were at that comment. “Please, allow me to accompany you on this journey.”
William hesitates, unsure what to say.
“Who knows, it could be fun?” Michael brings his right hand to William’s face, gently dragging a knuckle over his cheekbones as if he were a precious jewel, the other gripping the fabric of his aubergine cloak. “What do you say?”Or

Summary
"Children, children, CHILDREN!" Murray finally snapped, pinching the bridge of his nose. The three of them shut up and looked at him in shock. "Enough of this pointless, childish bickering already. If I wanted to watch drama like this I would turn on a soap opera or telenovela. My god, do I have to play therapist to EVERYONE in this group?? I could sue you all for emotional compensation!"
Mike started to argue. He didn't know what he was going to say, exactly, but he was still pent up and Murray seemed like a better target than his two best friends. Unfortunately he didn't get very far.
"Ba-ba-ba! NO. Shut up and SIT DOWN. It's my turn to talk," Murray said forcefully, shoving the three of them onto the couch, with Mike somehow ending up in the middle.
"Oh no," Jonathan said under his breath.
"Shit," Nancy said at the same time.
Joyce hurried forward and stepped in between them. "Murray, Murray, no," she pleaded. "I know what you're doing, STOP."
Or: Murray meddles, Mike is hella confused, the world is ending, and Will won't talk to him.
OR: Mike runs away from his feelings and then for his actual, literal life.

Summary
“We’re supposed to be a team.”
Mike’s hand falls from the door knob. Instinctively, he takes a step back, and he turns back around. The door closes gently behind him, and Mike stares at his boyfriend in surprise and in confusion. “What?”
“We’re supposed to be a team,” Will repeats, his voice trembling yet still a bit angry. His eyes are narrowed at Mike—defensive but still on guard, wounded but still ready to fight.
It’s familiar. Somehow, the two of them always end up like this.
Or:
A year after the Upside Down’s destruction, Will and Mike are in what their friends like to call their “honeymoon phase.” But when a new problem arises and puts strain on their relationship, the two of them must learn what it truly means to work together as a team and to love each other well.

“I need you.”
Will’s expression grows more stunned. “What?” he breathes, voice barely above a whisper.
His instincts tell him to take it all back, but the way that Will’s looking at him with those sorrowful, questioning eyes weakens him. And he’s been stupid for many, many years, so what’s a little more stupidity?

Summary
Will Byers is a name that no one in Hawkins Indiana seemed to know, and if they did they didn't care. He was simply a lower class boy who faded into the background that no one seemed to notice. However, his name became rather infamous when he mysteriously vanished on his way home one night, and later found dead within the local quarry. People spoke of him only in hushed voices. Children's eyes widened when they heard the story, realizing that death was not simply something that would happen to them when they reached old age. Adults covered their mouths and used it as a way to keep their kids from wandering at night alone.
"You don't want to end up like Will Byers, do you?"
No one seemed to mourn Will beyond a small handful of people. His three best friends D&D party was forever incomplete without him and his mother and brother were left in their family home to marinate in their grief, and even a young girl who had never met him seemed to grief him dearly, and more than anything seemed to blame herself.
But perhaps what they do not know is that his fate is quite different, and perhaps even darker, than what they believe.
