The character of the month must be the focus. If you’re writing a fic, you can use whatever characters you like, whatever pairing you like, but the focus must be on that character. I.E: if you write a Hangman/Rooster story during the Rooster month the focus must be on him. We want to highlight each individual character to the best of our ability.
