Sabo might not have his memories but some things are ingrained deeper than that and Sabo’s pipe is rated E for Everyone
Meanwhile, Ace is having an absolute time of it as his dead brother descends like an avenging angel to fix his fuck up. -

The words echo in Ace's head like a mantra, inescapable and horrifying. Three words that are worse than anything Impel Down had thrown at him so far, worse than the jeers and the torture, worse than the seastone exhaustion and the knowledge of his impending death.
Gramps says the words with a finality that tells Ace he is not going to do anything, that he's not even going to try and help Lu' even if he is the baby of the family, even if he doesn't deserve this - even if he wasn't born with cursed blood in his veins.

In Sabaody, Kuma is too slow to send Luffy away as well and the Strawhat Captain is slated for execution alongside Firefist Ace when news of his parentage breaks out. Unfortunately for the World Government, they had failed to take into consideration exactly who would be willing to raise hell in order to save his life.

Rouge survives, but Garp still takes Ace. So as soon as she is back to her strength she goes to Dawn and gets him again. Taking Luffy and Sabo too because those are her boys now too. They sail and eventually make it into the North Blue, where the Vinsmokes reside. Hearing what happens with Germa she goes to look up an old friend, Sora, and knocks Judge flat on his ass when she finds out what he did/tried to do. Collapsing Germa's Kingdom, taking Sora and the kids and make a name/life for themselves of the Queen of Hearts and in the New World (she was Pirate Queen she can do this). Eventually running into Shanks and introducing his little siblings, doing the same to Buggy, and eventually Newgate (although that's grandkids/niece and nephews).

Summary
The Revolutionary Army finds out that the Gorosei is after Luffy, it triggers Sabo's memories which leaves him to go and get Luffy as soon as possible and as stealthily as possible. Of course, Luffy doesn't argue this once Sabo has proven he's in fact the same brother who died. Now they just need a place to lie low, resulting in Sabo calling Ace (or the WBP and requesting to speak to Ace) explaining, followed by a reunion and the realization (for the WBP at least) that Ace is the sane brother.

Rather than discard his civility, it appeared that Fire Lord Zuko weaponized it. Jian felt his respect for the boy grow as he observed his response to Admiral Lei’s continual and blatant disrespect.
“What would you do if I asked you to bring your son here to learn a certain lesson?” The Fire Lord let curiosity coat his words, vague and distant as if he did not truly care for the admiral’s answer.
If the room had been tense before, it was nothing compared to how tense it turned after everyone registered the implications of those words.

Summary
Shanks is a Figarland right. What if his mom was Rouge, but being together with a D made Garling see that what the WG is doing is wrong (playing into D's being the enemies of the gods) so he doesn't want to keep her trapped there. During God Valley he allows her to leave, knowing that in the chaos she can escape.
She runs into Roger and the rest is history. Except she stays in contact with Garling, even more so with Shanks now on Roger's ship. So the three of them start something and plan behind the screens about what to do once the WG is no more. Both Shanks and Shamrock know they have three parents, so when Rouge becomes pregnant they look forward to the birth of a baby sibling.
Roger still gives himself up, but instead of an execution the head of the God's Knights wants him as a 'slave'. Anyway, there is still the search for Roger's child but Rouge is saved by Garling who claims her and the child as his own (which it kind of is). Things happen in between, until Marineford when the Russ is over making Garling allow Roger to being Marigeose down so they can save their youngest.
