And so, the son and the daughter, of a time before-yet-after, contrive a plan. They do not need a powerful force sensitive, or a chosen one. They do not need someone ordained by fate or part of a holy Dyad.
They needed someone ordinary – someone who would change the world simply by refusing to die. Jon Antilles was too cautious and stubborn to jump through the force vergence, and Quinlan Vos too reckless and in-the-thick-of-it to follow any set plan.
But maybe, instead, they could push someone (Some people…) into the space between time by accidentally-on-purpose.

Vicious Vraus is a Jedi. He is a Jedi. He is a Jedi, he is a Jedi, and he will die a Jedi if he has to. He has memories of another life, in another world where Star Wars is fiction, but he's got a couple of problems.
1.) He has never consumed Star Wars media and only knows pop culture references, and he can't "Luke, I am your father" his way out of this one.
2.) He thought his master was a good Jedi. He did, in fact, think that, but as this war wears on, it starts to feel more and more like he's the only one standing between Jedi Master Pong Krell and keeping his clones alive.
3.) He's a mediocre Jedi at best.Will he survive to end this war? Or is he going to be just another casualty?

Montross is a little cleverer on Korda VI. Jango ends up tossed into the cargo hold of 'The Stryker', a slaver freighter taking him to parts unknown and well out of Montross's way. Melida/Daan, weakened by its infighting and the Young suffering catastrophic losses, are raided by opportunistic slavers, resulting in Obi-Wan captured as a prize to be sold to a 'special' client - Force sensitive slaves are, after all, valuable cargo (and there is a dark shadow in the galaxy always on the look out for forgotten, powerful Force sensitives).
By sheer luck - or maybe the Force - they're locked in cages beside each other. They plan, they escape... and the future shifts.

Ben Kenobi had lived a long live. He had known love and joy, sadness and loss. He had survived the genocide of his people. CC-2224's life was harsh and tough. Not everyone can handle such rhythm, but CC-2224 had no other choice. He was born to serve the Republic and then the Empire. He did so dutifully even though he disagreed with Empire's methods and policy. He watched the legacy of his template die, an era of terror and fear take over the Galaxy. Chaos engulfed all living things. But finally, his time has come. His brothers were waiting for him. He can finally rest.
But the Force, it seemed, had other plans.

It started with a job, then a small one-bedroom house, and then he learned as much of the customs as he could of the planet he was on. They really seemed to hate the Jedi, they seemed to enjoy war, and they had the most fascinating food.
Their language was one he picked up in bits and pieces over the next three years. Learning Mando’a was not exactly easy, not when he was positive at least fifty different words meant dagger or stab, but he enjoyed the challenge. One unfortunate incident with the language had left him rather flustered when a twi'lek had asked him if he wanted to play with her dagger with a suggestive look. He was still positive he had mistranslated something in his head, but the time he had merely smiled politely and quickly walked away.
