Okay I loved this, soooo well written and you had me laughing a lot :D
I too foking loved Maw-maw, she was the absolute best. The family talk back feelt awesome, been there but never dared do that properly.
Minus hiring a Sam and fancy house this was scarily accurate to how my family is :O My mom use the guilting the same way and have been using it for the last 10years, and the family is hella nasty to me >_<
Bagged me a "Sam" sized tall broad shouldered tree of a man and my family acted the same way, mom did the bicep squeezing tho and my grandma and sis, so awkward.
But happy to say it worked, they are so enamoured by him they don't dare being nasty towards me infront of him. Did do it behind his back tho so we spend 90% of holidays with his lovely family now n_n
Can't wait to read the rest of this series, so excited to have found such a good Sam fic \( ^_^ )/
