I would like to receive an invite so that I can join the community. I've clicked on the link provided at the home page and it shuts down my internet. Is there another way that the community is accessed? I've tried to find more information in the FAQs, but did not find anything regarding receiving an invite to join. Thank you for your help! I apologize if this is not the proper place to post a question/request.
You can request an invitation by adding your email address to our invitations queue. However, clicking anything on the site should never shut down your internet, so we'd really like to get to the bottom of what's happening there! To help us look into this, it would be useful if you would file a support request giving us a bit more information (it's always fine to ask questions here, but we have a better system in place for keeping track of support requests, so since we're going to go into more detail it's good to have it logged there). Are you clicking the button on the homepage which says 'Get an invite'? When you click it, what exactly happens - does your browser actually close, or does the page just freeze up, or something else? Finally, it would be useful if you can let us know what browser and operating system you're using.
