Comment on Call for Feedback on Category Change Proposal

    This is probably just an oversight, but the Cartoons subcategory is missing from Animation, Comics, Manga & Other Sequential Art. That said, I like the new categories, and in particular the idea of joining Anime & Manga/Cartoons & Comics makes a lot of sense to me.

      Commenting to agree. And especially with Cartoons missing when there is no clear information on how new subcategories will be created or how the revision process will work (this current proposal took over a year to create - is that going to happen every time the categories need to be revisited?).

      Hi Laura,

      Currently cartoons other than anime will go directly under the top level
      Animation, Comics, Manga & Other Sequential Art category. However, we’re open to creating further submedia and welcome suggestions for contents/unambiguous names.

        I see. In that case, I do think a cartoon subcategory is useful. It's a pretty big amount of fandoms.
