Aisha has done a lot of growing in the last week. Most of it is still in the early stages, but she’s trying to correct her behavior and act more responsibility. It’s kind of in the ‘fake it till you make it’ stage. As was covered in her perspective, Joe nearly dying seriously shook her to the point where she’s actively working to be ready in case anything like that happens again. She’s still the same Aisha, you can see than in her joking with Joe, but she’s trying to live up to the role she found herself in.
Joe has managed to get nearly every possible aesthetic boosting power from the Forge by this point. Aphrodite’s blessing was one of the last direct boosts he could get. All things considered, if Joe goes all out on making something beautiful he’ll be putting Renaissance masters to shame with just his casual efforts.
Robo Waifu has been a possibility for Joe since way back when he got Grease Monkey. Bubblegum Crisis had an entire episode about rogue boomers designed for that purpose. Beyond that there’s also Hephaestus’s golden smiths, which was something I only learned about when researching for this story. Joe’s own issues have kept him away form any of those applications until now and they’re generally filed along with the other tech he can manage but doesn’t really talk about.
Taylor would probably be terrified to take that bag to school out of fear of getting exposed as a cape. It’s going to be used for cape work, and in exactly the form that Joe predicted, as a mobile source of combat insects. The bag already has an effective false bottom, meaning you can put things in the top section without needing to completely fill the expanded portion. The armor was basically arranged to be standing upright within the interior space with the clothes blocking the view of it. Joe is skilled enough at crafts that he can build basic accessibility features into his enchanted works.
Secret of Steel was a smithing guidebook from History's Strongest Disciple: Kenichi. In addition to showing how to make enhanced steel items it came with a bunch of ki and combat powers. One of those was the basics of Ninjutsu. Because of the portion of the description saying “users are particularly skilled at kneading their ki, allowing them to engage in maneuvers and techniques that to the untrained eye appear like magic” and because of the various enhancements Joe’s gotten to his magic abilities, including being able to treat Mana as Ki, he’s capable of fairly advanced Ninja techniques and has the potential to train up to master level with the help of a “worthy sparring partner” (the duplicates are handy for that).
There is no way from him to get a fiat backed ZERO system. That would require a specific 400 point item from that jump and Joe only has a basic mobile suit. Without fiat backing the system will be limited to what can be accomplished practically with the technology in question rather than automatically just work.
