Comment on Brockton's Celestial Forge

  1. Remarkable Chapter!!!
Welp. It seems like we got AGAIN the B&U duo. I mean, not problem with that. it's just. so many times. it's kinda ridiculuos. but hey!! a beauty boost!! along with runes skills. I am not well versed in the Well but from what I read it seems powerful.
and hey!! loved the summary of their fight/training leaves to imagination, how awesome it was. plus the comparision with Excalibur divine script.
also!! Aisha learning ninja and trasmutation skills!! nice!!
plus a Aisha Joke about the armor. at least Joe now knows best what someone might think of it.
Now, Rachel being on social media a lot it's surprising. but it makes sense, considering she basically has no judgment of the AI.
and Alec being upfront was a surprise. I mean, you know things are bad if ALEC is the one to talk about stuff like this. but it makes, considering everything he has gone through.
furthermore, I love how desperated Taylor was to hide the package, it basically a sitcom level of attempting to hide stuff.
but hey!! good thing that Joe thought ahead!! ...but Taylor with a bag of holding is worrying.
also! Bandit Gunsmith is having some use!! and it's a nice one at that!! wonder what's the upper limit of the skills(if there is one)
and the famous appointment is coming!! super excited!!
Thanks a ton for it!! :o)

    1. Alec is in a different position than the rest of the Undersiders in that he doesn’t really have a dog in the fight (no offense to Rachel). Rachel needs steady income to support her shelter. Brian has to keep up appearances to get custody of Aisha. Lisa is trying to manage the chaos, first to get in a more advantageous positions and then having to deal with the problem of Noelle being a Coil failsafe, and Taylor has her undercover work. For Alec its about safety, reasonable comfort, and staying away from his family. He can handle disruption better than the rest of the team and can also recognize a train wreck in progress when he sees one. It makes him more willing to speak up honestly about the situation.

Bandit Gunsmith is limited to weapons and defensive items (actually says shields specifically in the perk, but I’m stretching that a bit). It won’t work on tech that doesn’t fall into either category and Joe can only build technology he understands (not exactly a limitation for him) and that has some reasonable progression from the items he was using. No turning a baseball bat into a machine gun. Size would also be a limit, but Joe’s Gurren Lagann means he can fully sidestep that issue and build until the scale of the item becomes an obstacle.
