    ahhhh this chapter was so fun !! seeing razz and mara's cabin and the folio they found was so fun, i liked how you played homage to the show with some of that.

    but that night sleeping next to the fire. eeeee when adora described catra's snoring as sounding like purring i melted inside, it was so cute. i know catra wouldn't want me to say that but whatever, it was such a sweet moment and i wanted it to carry on. but then adora was worried catra didn't believe in the she-ra but catra managed to save it so well, even if she doesn't, and the little touch of intimacy between them.... i want more !!

    i'm glad we got more tho but AAHHHHHHH ur really pushing the slow burn with this one. adoorrraaaaa :c sweetheart !! she didn't deserve that from her stepmother, it makes me so sad. and that for a while she believed all the horrible things she said, hated catra for it too, when catra was just sad that adora never wrote back to her. two girls hurting however far away from each other across the country. that image alone makes me want to weep. but they're so close now.... catra's single, adora knows it.... adora just make your move pls maybe catra will give up big city living to be with you on your weird peninsula.

    earlier in the chapter you used the word "footprints" and i was !!!! name of the fic !!!! but then you had to even one up tHAT with adora FINDING FOOTPRINTS RIGHT AT THE END !! AND WHAT A CLIFFHANGER THAT IS !!!! brrrrrrrrrr i can't wait for the next chapter to see what they find, its gonna be exciting !!! waiting patiently to see catra's mind be thoroughly blown.

      i know it feels like a slow burn but they've actually only been together on the peninsula for like 3 weeks! and as any good park ranger knows, it takes some time to build up a fire...

      i love how much you love all this, it supercharges my motivation! i'm already work away on the next chapter so you won't have to spend too long on that cliff!
