    I'll take care of those grammar and spelling mistakes as soon as I can. I literally wrote this in an hour last night, and posted before going to bed. Thank you for pointing them out.

    Not sure if I've ever read that story by Sithspawn, I know I've read some of their work in the past. When it comes to the amount of fanfiction out there, there are often going to be similarities. Just about every character read/watch their own story uses the same convoluted setups and cheesy cliches.

    As for beta reader, I been reluctant to use them. I once worked on a cowritten book series. We'd even had signed contracts on the project. Then my writing partner had a nervous breakdown one day and and quit, deleted half the project in the process. Since then I've been sort of self reliant when it comes to writing, that and grammarly which I didn't use before posting this chapter.

      Thanks for replying back.

      And you're right, with the amount of fanfiction out there, overlap of ideas and plot is incredibly high.

      As for the typos, they are no big deal, it happens to the best of writers.

      Sorry to hear about your bad beta reader experience. Being self reliant is great, but if need be you can always take on a beta and limit the scope of their involvement (like spell & grammar checks or just input on ideas and plot) in the project to avoid possible mishaps in the future.
