Don't sweat it guys. Things like this just tend to happen sometimes, even at multi-million dollar companies. Thanks for the explanation, as a cs student things like that interest me :) Know that we appreciate the hard work you guys perform and the quick reactions to downtime/site problems and the communication around it. Not all sites let you know that they are aware of problems and that they are working on solving them, a simple thing that can be enough to settle frustrated users.
