I really like all the work you put in to make describing their relationship, from what they said and what they didn't say.
And for both of them to realize, in their own ways, how much they do, in fact, value the other much much more than they should. So this crap about "we're not doing this" isn't fooling anyone.
It's not my favorite pair but when done well it still makes me very happy. Definitely in my top 10.
