Ohhhhhh this was great!! I loved to read it. I've read it more than once, it's such a nice fic. I really like the way you wrote Molly, she's not showing fear or weakness and is very very funny. She's got a super likeable personality. She is usually written as the wife who is plain and boring and is afraid of Hannibal (in more ways than one), but that's just unfair. She defeated the red dragon by being brave, intelligent, resilient, resourceful??? She passed the test. She saved herself and her kid. No one else did that before. And she was never jealous of Will even when Freddie was calling them Murder Husbands and there's no way she didn't hear any rumors. She was a good woman who didn't deserve Will, honestly lmao he pulled the absent father route but alas, that's how it went down.
I'm rambling at this point but yeah. I loved how she is caring and understanding, while also being like. Her own person. Hanni must be quite intrigued by her. I love the bits of dialogue and I also really really like the way he becomes a different sort of person when he's around either of them. Also the detail where Will is baited and he's like. Hell I'm out of practice. Haven't had to have an intelectual battle in a while
Favorite line: "Molly rolls her eyes. “Y’all are recording this, aren’t you? Take this as verbal consent—if anything bad happens to me from leaning against the glass, I waive my right to sue the BSHCI.”
“Your funeral,” mumbles the voice before the intercom shuts off."
In that small line you already learn a lot about her character, and the way the staff of the BSHCI sees Hannibal which is by the way hilarious.
Absolutely enthralled by the concept of these 3 being together. Typically I wonder, with how Hannibal "You don't want me to have anything in my life that isn't you" Lecter works, who would he be okay with? Or would he, at this point, after all the mess, be willing to share with anyone as long as he keeps Will? It all depends on how pathetically smitten you interpret him. I mean he got himself caught for him!!
Anywayyyyyy loved the story and cannot wait for part 2 to be uploaded, but as they say patience is a virtue. Thanks for sharing!!
