Summary
Things go differently--and far more disastrously- for Crow when the Young Wolf isn't so forgiving about his existence. Fleeing after learning a terrible truth, he follows one of his prophetic dreams through the Ascendant Plane and into a new reality entirely. One without Light or Guardians, one in peril of a Hive invasion. What else is there to do but try to stop it?
"Garrus, Thane; converge on my position. I got something... weird over here." The hawk swooped low as she tracked it, and alighted on a fallen tree a few feet away. It regarded her with eyes of liquid fire, and every feather seemed to glow with white light. Lowering her weapon slightly, she approached the bird cautiously. It's gaze met hers, and she suddenly felt lighter-
She soared over the camp and through the trees, down to a ravine. Diving between the rocks, she found a tunnel full of rot and death, writhing with things from the Dark-
Gasping, she stumbled backwards and fell.

Summary
Things go differently-and disastrously- for Crow when he's face with a less forgiving Young Wolf after the hunt for the High Celebrant. Devastated by the truth, he follows a terrible dream through The Howling and emerges in a reality where there are no Guardians... and an army of Hive threatening to pour through. What's a lone Hunter to do, aside from the obvious?
Now overhauled and improved for N7 day!The dark winds of the Ascendent Plane shrieked all around him in a rising chorus with the Hive army that was starting to pull itself out of the dark to gather behind the knights and ogres, who were nearly done shrugging off the ichor that had birthed them. It was like something out of a nightmare. The Hawk was watching, from a perch atop one of the clawed spires that ringed the platform.
Crow made his choice.
He hurled a flaming knife at the crystal and ran back to the portal. He only looked back once, upon hearing an ethereal cry to see the crystal shatter with an omni-present pop and the Hawk swooping low over the lead knight's head, and that was the last he saw of the world he was familiar with.

Summary
Having stopped the Hive incursion on Eden Prime at the expense of being stuck in Commander Shepard's reality, Crow is offered a place on the Normandy. With nowhere to go, he accepts, and finds himself at the front of the fight against the Collectors, while at the same time trying to learn how to trust the ship's residents. In the end, though... maybe he's not 'stuck' after all.
' Crow had never thought he would be one of ‘those’ Guardians, the ones who slayed so-called ‘gods’ and other powers so fearsome most people would run and be called sane for it. He thought he would be one of the people that ran. He could never see himself being that powerful, never thought to try to be.
Last night had changed that, when he woke up to the empty med bay.'
