Summary
Hyunjin has his phone out to film the prairie dogs. Chan is standing by his side, hip to hip, shoulder to shoulder. He turns his head to smile at Minho, but furrows his brows when he notices Minho’s expression. “What’s the matter?” he asks, making Hyunjin snap his attention to Minho as well.
Minho shakes his head. “Nothing,” he says, which makes Chan’s frown deepen. Right. They also agreed not to do that. Communication. Minho inhales a deep breath, then steps closer so he can keep his voice down as he murmurs: “I’m so fucking in love with both of you that I don’t know what to do with myself sometimes, and I’m really happy we’re trying this again.” The cheesy confession makes him flush, but he doesn’t back away. He’s been working on getting better at sharing his emotions without being embarrassed by them. “Sorry. I’m just in my feelings.”
Hyunjin’s mouth drops open in shock. However, the look of surprise is quickly replaced by a brilliant smile, and he slips his hand into Minho’s to give it a squeeze. “You’re such a sap, hyung,” he mutters, but the way he’s biting his bottom lip to try and contain his grin is unmistakable.
