Summary
Disappearances keep rising, not just in Gotham, but in Metropolis and Central City and... All across the globe. The Justice League form a plan, but Superman keeps getting distracted. The sounds of cries for help are overwhelming and never-ending.
In Gotham, Red Hood and Nightwing team up after some radio silence and choose to investigate some store with way too high electricity bills for the area, and hear a woman screaming.
Huh... The pirate hat that is halfway through the ground is just a joke, right?
And when two of his children go missing, and when Superman stops responding to comms, Batman is left to find the pieces. So much for being the "World's greatest detective", because there's no traces of anything!
... Aside for some new sketchy MRI company starting to open in more and more buildings globally. But that's probably nothing, right?

“ “Bobby? Is someone there?” Kat called out, and Bobby could see the creature tilt its head, could see him realise that there was another human besides Bobby. “Thats not- Thats not a person. That’s not a fucking person. What the fuck.” He choked out, his body finally getting the memo to take a step back, and then another, and soon enough, he was scrambling backwards, eyes wide as his gaze never left the creature’s.
”What? Bobby, what did you see?” Kat asked, concerned, making Bobby flinch harshly as she grabbed his arm. He finally turned back to her, unable to put into words what he just saw. “What the fuck.” He repeated, pulling Kat along side him as he walked backwards, eyes fixated on the wall he knew was hiding the creature.”
OR: Bobby and Kat leave Clark behind. Now, they have to escape.
If characterisation sucks I blame the fact that I’ve only been able to see the movie once….
Also ASYNC is less evil in this one because 1. I’m a sucker for a happy ending and 2. Kane said that ASYNC isn’t necessarily the bad guy.
