The girl, Nobara, looks at me like I’m a suspicious fashion choice. The quiet one, Megumi, watches me like I might morph into a monster any second. And honestly, the energy around them? It’s not like monsters. It’s colder. Sadder.

    Then he shows up. Gojo. White hair, blindfold, and a vibe that screams god-level trouble. He slings an arm around me and says, “No Cursed Energy… but you’re packing something else, aren’t you?”

    I played dumb. “Just a guy who’s good with irregular verbs.”
