Summary
It starts with an innocent game.
'"Laser tag!" Coran, eccentric manager of Voltron's swim team, accosts them after practice, practically jumping up and down.
Shiro and Allura stand beside him, looking onto their team. "We as coaches," Allura starts, "have decided that its time for more outside the pool bonding." She smiles down at them.
Keith rolls his eyes, looking less than pleased at the idea of meeting outside of school. He scowls as Lance grabs him excitedly.
"The team's going out for laser tag?" Lance grins. "You know, my friends actually called me sharpshooter after Ina's laser tag birthday party, not to brag," He says, bragging, "I won by a hell of a lot, and I didn't miss a single shot."
Keith scoffs before Hunk speaks up. "I can actually verify that, he was great." Hunk shivers "It was kind of scary."
Keith appraises him with a raised eyebrow, and Lance gulps as Keith's skeptical eye burns through him.
"Put your money where your mouth is." Keith challenges. "I'll bet you fifty bucks that I get more shots than you."
Lance laughs, self assured. "I'll take that bet. You're going down, mullet."
Keith smiles. "Sure, sharpshooter"
And Lance's heart bursts.'
