Summary
Elita-1 and her team are the last Autobots on Cybertron. They've been barely surviving for four million years between scarce resources, storms of acid rain, the constant threat of Shockwave and his drones, and the sudden resurgence of cosmic rust. Their only solace is that the war is over and that all the Decepticons, save Shockwave, are dead.
But when Chromia intercepts a Decepticon frequency, they not only find that Megatron and his army are still alive, but that Optimus Prime and the Autobots are as well.
And they must get to them before Shockwave does.

"Regarding that!" The Seeker exclaimed from his position on the floor. "I've found a solution that need not involve you." He gets up with shaky legs. "The other option, is for you to meet an incredibly timely demise!"
"Till death do us Part." Megatron said unamused.
"Exactly."
Faster than he could register, Starscream pulled the trigger on his null ray, hitting an unprepared Megatron squarely in the middle of his chassis.
Somehow, Starscream and Megatron have managed to complete the conjunx rite without either of their knowledge.
Upon figuring it out, both mechs hold the firm belief the other tricked them into this situation, and after some shenanigans lead to Megatron contracting cosmic rust, Starscream is ecstatic.

Hello! You probably found this through my reddit page/subreddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/Transformers_Isolated/). If so, you'd know the gist of Transformers Isolated, and that all the cool characters are dead. But what happened to them? Many things happened to many bots, and that's what The Cybertron Chronicles aims to tell. This is a prequel to Isolated, and will be written as an anthology, with each chapter being centered around a different event/character/group. I plan to make the actual Transformers Isolated a comic series, but The Cybertron Chronicles being short stories are perfect for text-only storytelling. Anyway, I hope you enjoy! Oh, and I'll try to keep it in chronological order, but I'm making zero promises.
