This is genuinely just me, a novice programer with certain HTML coding experience and honestly very little but still present CSS experience
I am here to answer whatever inquiries you may have trying to write a fic here on AO3 but don't know a thing about how to code in HTML and want to use that format as well as the skin creation system which uses CSS
