Then—“A refuge for—” He let out a short, incredulous sound, halfway between a laugh and a choke. “So I am to what? Sit among them? Sew and pray while men fight and die? Hide behind a septa’s skirts?”
His voice rose then despite himself. “I will be a laughing stock!”
“No,” the septa said, calm as still water. “You will not.”
“Oh, I think I very much will—”
“You will not be hiding,” she interrupted, more firmly now. “You will be blending in.”
That stopped him. he stared at her, certain he must have misheard.
“…Blending in.”
In order to save his son from fighting in the second Blackfyre rebellion, Baelor sends Valarr unknowingly to a refuge for noblewomen, where he is to be disguised until the battle is won. The Young Prince is further surprised and disgruntled when he learns that he is not the only prince to be sent to this mysterious place.
Or; Valarr is displeased at his father secluding him away, against his will, from the siege. However, for now, in his father's absence, he must keep his two cousins from accidentally giving up their true identity.

She was named Princess Valarra Targaryen and favored her father’s Dornish features, with violet eyes and a streak of Targaryen silver. Five years later, the long-awaited son, Aelar Targaryen, was born to the pair. Silver of hair and violet eyes, he was celebrated as the perfect Targaryen heir at last.
In the year 207 AC, it was announced Princess Valarra would be married to the heir of Oldtown, Gwayne Hightower. By 213, her lord husband would be dead.
She returns to the Red Keep with the rumors swirling that she saw her husband dead. But as heirs start to die, Maekar Targaryen and Valarra must find who will be next--and who is targeting the royal bloodline.

Valarr breathes in sharply, loving the feel of him, when there is a gentle knock on her door.
They freeze. Lips still together, mouths open, they stare at each other, barely daring to breathe.
“Valarr, are you still awake?” her father’s familiar voice reaches their ears.
Their sweet moment ends, crashing down to reality. The connection between them surges— and the knowledge that only a barred door keeps their secret safe crashes back into them.

She might have beautiful freckles on her face and a unique blue eye because of her mother, or it could be because her Martell lineage mixed with her Targaryen blood gave her dark, soft hair with some silver locks and a brown eye, making her a unique mix of such strong and dominant lineages.
It was no surprise that King Daeron II received marriage proposals, based on young love or purely for convenience; everyone wanted his heir to have the hand of the young princess. However, the children of Prince Maekar Targaryen were not far behind in the fight for the graces of the princess; it was only a matter of which of the two would be able to pass through Baelor's protection to the young woman.
