Something dark purred in VI's chest as she took in the scene before them: a sputtering, red faced Marcus, sprawled helplessly across the floor, legs tangled in his tipped over chair as papers fluttered to rest around him. On his desk, coffee was pooling out from a still rocking upended mug, soaking into piles of half completed documents and dripping down onto the floor. It was a beautiful sight.
Marcus let out a vicious swear as he finally managed to yank himself free and awkwardly scrambled up to his feet, yanking his uniform straight in an obvious attempt to gather himself, staring at them with all the contempt he could muster under the circumstances. "What the hell do you people think you're doing?!"
VI snapped her fingers and nodded to Maddie, who obediently stepped forward to inform him, "Sheriff Marcus. By order of Commander Kiramman, you are under arrest." as Steb moved to help Loris brace his shield against the loud group of Enforcers trying to shove their way into the office.
